Practice and Thinking of Multi-beam Sounder in Inland Water Area Surveying and Mapping
According to the requirements of"the Outline of Medium-and Long-Term Planning for National Basic Surveying and Mapping(2015-2030)"approved by the State Council,it is necessary to"start the underwater topographic mapping of inland water bodies"[1].For inland water area underwater topographic surveying and mapping characteristics and difficulties,this paper puts forward the corresponding thinking suggestions and supplementary methods,and selects Guizhou Province Yanhe County Gallery Street surrounding area as the pilot project,uses multi-beam sounder for underwater measurement pilot work,and simultaneously uses the airborne Lidar measurement system as an important supplement to the inland water area surveying and mapping,thus forming water area surveying and mapping digital products and verifying the digital product accuracy.
