高密度电连接器接点焊接工艺研究

本文研究了高密度电连接器接点的焊接工艺.首先,对高密度电连接器的结构和特点进行了介绍.其次,通过实验研究了不同焊接参数对接点焊接质量的影响,包括焊接温度、焊接时间、焊接压力等,实验结果表明,适当提高焊接温度和焊接时间可以提高焊接质量,但过高的焊接温度和时间会导致接点变形和烧损.最后,根据实验结果提出了一套适用于高密度电连接器接点焊接的最佳工艺参数,用以提高高密度电连接器接点的焊接质量和稳定性.
Research on Contact Welding Process of High-Density Electrical Connector
This paper studies the welding process of high-density electrical connector contacts.First,the structure and characteristics of high-density electrical connector are introduced.Secondly,the effects of different welding parameters on the contact welding quality,including welding temperature,welding time and welding pressure,are studied through experiments,and the experimental results show that the welding quality could be improved by appropriately increasing the welding temperature and welding time,but too high welding temperature and time would lead to contact deformation and burning damage.Finally,according to the experimental results,a set of optimal process parameters suitable for high-density electrical connector contact welding is proposed to improve the welding quality and stability of high-density electrical connector contact.
