The production control center is the foundation for the construction of the production operation center,and is of great significance for promoting the digital and intelligent development of offshore oil-gas fields.This paper mainly discusses the positioning of the production control center and the construction necessity,and analyzes the construction of the production control center by taking CNOOC Baiyun Operation Company as an example,aiming to better promote the development of China's offshore oil-gas field production control center.
