Design of Assistant Bending Module for Fast and Accurate Forming of Section Product Clamp Hoop Parts
Clamp is normally used in the pipeline laying position to provide rigid support,fix pipeline and adjust the wiring structure.In this paper,for two problems in the traditional forming process for clamp hoop parts:unstable and inaccurate forming,a special assistant bending forming module has been designed according to the large-angle bending configuration of the T-section product clamp hoop parts.After the improvement,the production cycles of clamp hoop parts are shortened by 70%and the one delivery inspection pass rate is increased by 58.33%.The design in this paper is versatile and can be applied to the process optimization of similar small bending parts by manual forming.
