With the development of the Internet and the rapid progress of information technology,traditional classroom teaching can no longer fully meet the needs of students.Secondary vocational computer course is a very important discipline,and it is also an important basic discipline that affects students'employment and future development.This paper will discuss the effective design of the online and offline blended teaching mode of secondary vocational computer courses from four aspects:teaching content,teaching objective,teaching implementation process,and assessment and evaluation.
