With the continuous development of higher education in China,the importance of knowledge sharing becomes increasingly prominent.As a new mode of learning and communication,knowledge sharing puts forward new requirements for online learners.From the perspective of online learners,this paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of the knowledge sharing mode.Using the fairness theory and the process-based motivation theory,this paper explores the relevant factors affecting the knowledge sharing of online learners from four levels:individual,organization,function and technology,and puts forward relevant suggestions,which can promote the complete exchange and knowledge sharing among learners,and provide reference for contemporary college students to conduct online learning efficiently and healthily.
