Archive management occupies an important position in the internal management system of public institutions,but in many cases,it has not received enough attention,so that the overall management effect is not ideal,which is not conducive to the potential value mining and utilization of archives.In order to improve the effectiveness of the archive management of public institutions,increasing capital investment and promoting the application of information technology in practical work can assist the archive management work to be carried out conveniently and efficiently,and play a positive role in promoting the reform deepening of public institutions.This paper analyzes the application of information technology in the archive management of public institutions,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement to solve the existing problems,aiming to provide an effective reference for practical work.
