摘要

由于电动汽车运行环境的复杂性、仪器仪表本身的精密性、充电频次要求高等原因,对动力电池支撑结构的要求也越来越高,特别是随着电动汽车轻型化发展的趋势,轻量支撑结构的设计成为一个热门话题.在掌握电动汽车动力电池基本概念与知识的前提下,应明确动力电池轻量支撑结构的设计原理,理清设计思路,在设计实践中不断提高设计质量.基于此,本文就电动汽车动力电池轻量支撑结构设计展开论述.

Abstract

Due to the complexity of the operating environment of electric vehicles,the precision of the instrumentation,and the high requirements of charging frequency,the requirements for the support structure of power batteries are increasing.Especially with the development trend of lightweight electric vehicles,the design of lightweight support structures has become a hot topic.On the premise of mastering the basic concepts and knowledge of electric vehicle power batteries,the design principles of the lightweight support structure of power batteries should be identified,the design ideas should be clarified,and the design quality should be continuously improved in the design practice.Based on this condition,this paper discusses the design of lightweight support structure for electric vehicle power battery.
