本文主要研究低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)2220H,其作为常见的绝缘材料具有一些特殊性质,主要体现在分子链段结构、体积电阻率等方面.根据研究结果,LDPE A相较于LDPE B,各项参数存在差异,包括相对分子质量等,而相对分子质量分布大致相同;前者结晶度和熔融温度高于后者,当设置较高的温度时,后者体积电阻率更低;前者具有更高的特性击穿强度;两种材料的电气性能主要受到结晶性能等因素影响.
Structure and Performance Analysis of LDPE Special for Cable Insulation
In this paper,low-density polyethylene(LDPE)2220H is mainly studied,which has some special properties as a common insulating material,these properties are mainly reflected in the molecular chain structure and volume resistivity.According to the research results,LDPE A has different parameters compared with LDPE B,including the relative molecular weight,while the relative molecular mass distribution is roughly the same;the crystallinity and melting temperature of the former one are higher than those of the latter one,and the volume resistivity of the latter one is lower when a high temperature is set;the former one has higher characteristic breakdown strength;the electrical properties of the two materials are mainly affected by the crystallization properties and other factors.
