Human resource informatization management in colleges and universities is an important part of modern college and university management,which is of great significance for improving the management efficiency of colleges and universities and promoting the development of teaching and scientific research.This paper takes the informatization construction of human resource management in colleges and universities under the background of"double first-class"as the main research line,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for promoting the informatization of human resource management in view of the problems in the informatization construction of human resource management in colleges and universities.
