摘要
数字化时代对物资采购流程产生了深远影响,数字化改变了供应商选择、需求分析、订单处理和物流库存管理等环节.然而,数字化采购流程也面临数据隐私与安全、技术部署与沟通障碍,以及组织文化与人员培训的挑战.为应对这些挑战,需要采取数据保护策略、搭建统一数据平台、优化系统接口与集成,并重视组织文化管理和员工技能提升.基于此,本文围绕数字化时代下的物资采购流程的变革与挑战展开研究.
Abstract
The digital era has had a profound impact on the procurement process of materials.Digitization has changed the selection of suppliers,demand analysis,order processing,and logistics inventory management.However,the digital procurement process also faces challenges such as data privacy and security,technical deployment and communication barriers,as well as organizational culture and personnel training.To address these challenges,it is necessary to adopt data protection strategies,build a unified data platform,optimize system interfaces and integration,and attach importance to organizational culture management and employee skill enhancement.Based on this condition,this paper studies the transformation and challenges of material procurement processes in the digital era.
