行政事业单位是我国经济、政治发展的重要支撑.人力资源管理要适应新时代的发展,就必须加强信息技术的应用,提升人力资源管理水平.基于此,行政事业单位考虑到自身实际情况,需要建设完善的信息化管理系统,优化、改进工作模式,创新人力资源管理方法,从而提高工作的效果和质量.本文重点分析行政事业单位信息化技术在人力资源管理中的应用,提高人力资源管理水平,希望可以促进单位工作效率和质量的全面提升.
Application of Informatization Technology in Human Resource Management
Administrative institutions are the important support for China's economic and political development.In order to adapt to the development of the new era,it is necessary for human resource management to strengthen the application of information technology and improve the level of human resource management.Based on this condition,considering the actual condition,administrative institutions need to build a sound informatization management system,optimize and improve the work mode,and innovate human resource management methods so as to improve the effectiveness and quality of work.This paper focuses on the analysis of informatization technology application in human resource management of administrative institutions to improve the level of human resource management,hoping to promote the overall improvement of work efficiency and quality of institutions.
