Through an analysis of the present situation of small-and medium-sized reservoir in Qiannan Prefecture,this paper concludes three major problems in the current state of small-and medium-sized reservoirs in the entire prefecture:the poor operation quality and operation efficiency,the unsound operation management system,the insufficient operation management funds,then discusses the operation management points of small-and medium-sized reservoirs,and proposes some suggestions on how to improve the level of small-and medium-sized reservoir operation management level,hoping to provide reference for small-and medium-sized reservoir operation management development in the entire prefecture.
