The mobile communication terminal market is highly competitive.In order to reduce the production cost,enterprises adopt the product production outsourcing mode to reduce the production cost and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise.However,the outsourcing production mode also adds certain quality risks to the development of mobile communication enterprises,and the difficulty of product production quality control increases.Based on this condition,this paper takes the production of mobile communication products as the research object,introduces the manufacturing requirements of mobile communication terminal products,focuses on the analysis of outsourcing production cost control and product quality management,and formulates perfect management countermeasures,aiming to promote the high-quality development of mobile communication enterprises in China.
