摘要
自然资源大数据是实施国家大数据战略的重要内容,自然资源大数据应用发展是新时期自然资源事业发展的迫切需要.本文立足实例研究,以河南省为例,提出"一张图"数据现状及存在的不足,通过构建自然资源大数据体系,建立数据分类规范,研究数据处理方法、搭建管理系统,并通过自然资源大数据应用实例,为更好支撑自然资源管理具有借鉴意义.
Abstract
Natural resource big data is the important part of the implementation of the national big data strategy,and the application and development of natural resource big data is an urgent need for the development of natural resources in the new era.Based on a case study,taking Henan Province as an example,this paper puts forward the current situation and shortcomings of"one map"data,constructs a natural resource big data system,establishes data classification specifications,studies data processing methods,builds management systems,and has reference significance for better supporting natural resource management by applying natural resource big data.
