摘要
中国航天正处于快速发展的阶段,原有的产能需求已无法满足现在的型号需求.若按原有的增员、增设备方案提高产能一方面效率较低,无法解决短期问题,另一方面短期成本投入较大,资金压力较大.应该遵从市场规律,通过供应链解决.以壁板类产品为例,每年需求量较大,每年外包费用较高.若通过设备改造、工艺优化、生产管理优化等方面协助供应商进行改进,可以在提高生产效率的同时控制采购成本,基于此,文章就航天型号机加类壁板产品采购成本控制方案展开研究.
Abstract
China's aerospace industry is rapidly developing,and the original production capacity demand can no longer meet the current model demand.For original plan of increasing staff and equipment to increase production capacity,on one hand,the efficiency is low,which cannot solve short-term problems,on the other hand,the short-term cost investment is large and the financial pressure is great.It should be solved through the supply chain in accordance with the laws of the market.Taking panel products as an example,the annual demand is large,and the annual outsourcing cost is high.If the supplier is assisted in improvement through equipment transformation,process optimization,production management optimization and other aspects,the procurement cost can be controlled while improving production efficiency.Based on this condition,this paper investigates the procurement cost control scheme of aerospace type machining panel products.
