Internet of Things-Based Remote Maintenance Strategy for FIDIA Computer Numerical Control Machine Tools
With the rapid development and wide application of Internet of Things technology,remote maintenance has become an important research topic in the field of modern industry.Especially in the computer numerical control machine tool industry,the remote maintenance strategy of FIDIA computer numerical control machine tools based on the Internet of Things can not only effectively reduce maintenance costs and improve maintenance efficiency,but also realize fault prediction and autonomous maintenance.This paper discusses the framework design,key technologies and specific maintenance strategies of remote maintenance of FIDIA computer numerical control machine tools based on the Internet of Things,aiming to provide a new perspective and method for the maintenance of computer numerical control machine tools.
