正火对耐磨堆焊层组织与性能的影响

摘要
利用手工电弧焊对16Mn进行堆焊,并对堆焊接头进行正火处理.通过对堆焊层组织和力学性能进行表征及分析,结果表明:堆焊层热处理前组织为低碳马氏体,具有很高的强度硬度以及耐磨性,正火后堆焊层组织为铁素体和珠光体.随正火温度升高,硬度及耐磨性逐渐降低;试样冲击韧性都有所提升,但随正火温度升高试样冲击韧性值呈现减小趋势,断口形式多为韧性断裂.
Abstract
Shielded metal arc welding is used for 16Mn surfacing and normalizing of welding joints.The structure and mechanical properties of surfacing layer are characterized and analyzed.The results show that:the structure of surfacing layer before heat treatment is low-carbon martensitic,with high strength of hardness and wear resistance,while the structure of surfacing layer after normalizing is ferrite and pearlite.With the normalizing temperature rises,the hardness and wear resistance gradually decrease;sample impact toughness improves,but shows a decreasing trend with the rising normalizing temperature,the fracture morphology is mostly the ductile fracture.
