摘要

数字化对接系统是飞机装配生产线中的重要组成部分,它通过数字控制与进给编程的方法,能够精准保证飞机装配过程中位置准确性,代替传统的工装、型架的装配模式.本文针对数字化对接系统中的数控定位器定位精度的检测方法进行研究,着重解决多层定位器的检测难题,主要对检测过程中附件选取、检测方法的科学性、检测结果的有效性进行分析.

Abstract

The digital docking system is an important part of the aircraft assembly production line,which can accurately ensure the accuracy of the position in the aircraft assembly process through the method of numerical control and feed programming,and replace the traditional assembly mode of tooling and frame.This paper studies the detection method of the positioning accuracy of the numerical control locator in the digital docking system,solves the detection problem of the multi-layer locator,and analyzes the selection of accessories in the detection process,the scientificity of the detection method and the effectiveness of the detection results.
