Informatization Construction of Machinery Manufacturing Enterprises in Development of Intelligent Manufacturing
The advent of the intelligent manufacturing era has made machinery manufacturing enterprises face unprecedented challenges.This paper deeply discusses the strategic significance of intelligent manufacturing to the machinery manufacturing industry,and simultaneously analyzes the main challenges encountered by the current machinery manufacturing industry in the informatization construction,and further proposes a series of key strategies to promote the informatization construction,including the establishment of an efficient technical support team,the development of a comprehensive informatization management system,the creation of a diversified data resource base,and the strengthening of cross-departmental collaboration and process integration.The purpose of this paper is to provide guidance and reference for the informatization transformation of machinery manufacturing enterprises in the era of intelligent manufacturing.
