摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展和医疗行业的不断变革,医院管理也在不断地向现代化和信息化方向发展.构建人力资源信息化管理体系,是医院管理者必须要认真思考和解决的重要问题.只有通过信息化手段,才能更好地收集、处理、分析和利用各种人力资源管理相关数据,实现人力资源管理的科学化和精细化,提升医院管理的效率和水平,为医院的可持续发展打下坚实的基础.鉴于此,文章针对医院人力资源信息化管理体系的构建展开讨论.
Abstract
With the rapid development of social economy and the continuous reform of the medical industry,hospital management is constantly developing towards modernization and informatization.Constructing a human resource informatization management system is an important issue that hospital managers must seriously ponder and solve.Only through informatization technology,various human resource management related data can be better collected,processed,analyzed and utilized,to realize the scientific and refined human resource management,improve the efficiency and level of hospital management,and lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the hospital.In view of this issue,this paper discusses the construction of hospital human resource informatization management system.
