Research on Integration of Human Resource Management Information System and Artificial Intelligence
The development of information technology and artificial intelligence promotes the integration of human resource management information system(HRMIS)and artificial intelligence(AI).This study explores the opportunities and challenges of the integration of HRMIS and AI.Through literature review and empirical research,the integration can achieve automated recruitment,intelligent training,and decision support.However,the integration faces challenges with data privacy and security,ethical issues,and organizational culture.In the future,deep learning,face recognition,natural language processing,and human-computer interaction will promote the development of HRMIS and AI.This study provides an important reference for the development of this field.
