With the rapid development of science and technology,information technology has entered thousands of households and become an indispensable part of daily life,which is not only closely related to people's lives,but also affects the long-term layout of national development.By strengthening the application of information surveying and mapping technology,the efficiency of surveying and mapping projects such as cadastral surveying and mapping can be effectively strengthened,so as to improve the quality and efficiency of land survey.Based on this condition,this paper starts from the task and purpose of land survey,analyzes the role of new surveying and mapping technology in the land survey,for reference.
