摘要
信息技术的不断更新和运用,为土地与房产测量工作带来了新的发展机遇,同时人们也对测量结果的准确性与效率提出了更高要求.信息化测绘技术作为一类数字化测量手段,可以让测量人员工作量大幅度减小,同时还能提高测绘结果的准确度与完整性,因此,其已经被广泛应用在城市规划与建设领域,并且逐渐在土地与房产测量方面逐渐推广开来.鉴于此,文章就信息化测绘技术在土地和房产测量中的应用展开论述,以供参考.
Abstract
With the continuous updating and application of information technology,the land and real estate survey has ushered in new development opportunities,and people also put forward higher requirements for the accuracy and efficiency of the survey results.As a kind of digital surveying means,informatization surveying and mapping technology can greatly reduce the workload of surveyors and improve the accuracy and integrity of surveying and mapping results.Therefore,this technology has been widely used in the field of urban planning and construction,and has been gradually promoted in land and real estate survey.In view of this condition,this paper discusses the application of informatization surveying and mapping technology in land and real estate survey,for reference.
