智能气体监测系统在油轮安全检修过程中的应用

油轮维修过程中人工巡检方法存在时效性差、漏检率高、检测覆盖率低、安全性差和人工成本高等问题.本文提出了一种针对油轮安全检修过程的智能气体检测系统,该系统能够对可燃性气体、一氧化碳等有毒有害气体进行浓度监测,并通过基于LoRa的自组网和云服务功能实现对油舱气体浓度的实时监测,不仅提高了船舱气体检测的工作效率,也同样保障了工作人员的工作环境安全,具有现实意义和应用价值.
Application of Intelligent Gas Monitoring System in Oil Tanker Safety Inspection Process
During the maintenance process of oil tankers,manual inspection methods have problems of poor timeliness,high omission rates,low detection coverage,poor safety,and high labor costs.This paper proposes an intelligent gas detection system specifically designed for the safety inspection process of oil tankers.This system can monitor the concentration of flammable gases,carbon monoxide,and other toxic and harmful gases.It achieves real-time monitoring of gas concentrations in the oil compartments through a self-organizing network based on LoRa and cloud service functionality.This not only improves the efficiency of gas detection in the ship compartments,but also ensures the working environment safety of the personnel.The system has practical significance and application value.
