摘要

在我国风力发电行业持续高速发展的新趋势下,搭载变流器的风电机组大部分已逐步进入服役后期,由此引发的一系列零部件老化与故障问题日益突出.本文重点分析了风电变流器可能存在的故障原因,以及进行风电变流器预防性维护的重要价值,对该维护检测技术的背景和原理进行了详细阐述,并基于此提出了风电变流器预防性维护检测技术应用的具体策略,以期为相关领域的技术研究与创新提供一定的有效借鉴.

Abstract

Under the new trend of continuous and rapid development of China's wind power generation industry,most of the wind turbines equipped with converters have gradually entered the late stage of service,and the resultant aging and failure of a series of parts have become increasingly prominent.This paper mainly analyzes the possible failure cause of the wind power converter and the important value of preventive maintenance of wind power converter,elaborates the background and principle of the maintenance detection technology in detail,and accordingly proposes the specific strategy of wind power converter preventive maintenance detection technology application,so as to provide some effective reference for the technical research and innovation in the related fields.
