大功率风电机组变流器散热系统是风电机组安全运行的保障,通过散热功能确保变流器稳定运行.本文就针对大功率风电机组变流器散热系统结构设计进行全面研究,探讨变流器散热方式,并以塔筒传热计算为基础,分析散热器系统结构和优化措施.通过本文研究发现:大功率发电机组变流器散热系统结构优化可通过增加导热管等完成,实践验证后证明散热结构优化后效果明显,可推广应用.
Study on Structural Design of Heat Dissipation System of High-Power Wind Turbine Generator System Converter
The heat dissipation system of high-power wind turbine generator system converter is the guarantee of the safe operation of wind turbine generator system,and ensures the stable operation of the converter through the heat dissipation function.In this paper,a comprehensive study is made on the structural design of the heat dissipation system of high-power wind turbine generator system converter,the heat dissipation mode of the converter is discussed,and the heat dissipation system structure and optimization measures are analyzed based on the heat transfer calculation of tower barrel.Through this paper,it is found that the structural optimization of the heat dissipation system of the high-power generator system converter can be completed by adding the heat conduction pipe,and it is proved in practice that the optimization effect of the heat dissipation structure is obvious,which can be popularized and applied.
