本文旨在探讨教育信息化背景下中职班主任管理策略.首先,分析教育信息化给中职班主任管理带来的挑战与机遇;然后,提出相应的策略与措施;最后,对本研究进行总结并展望教育信息化背景下中职班主任管理的发展趋势.本研究有助于提高中职班主任的管理水平,为教育信息化的发展提供有力支持.
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to explore the management strategy of secondary vocational class teachers in the context of education informatization.Firstly,this paper analyzes the challenges and opportunities brought by educational informatization to the management of secondary vocational class teachers;then puts forward corresponding strategies and measures;and finally summarizes this study and looks forward to the development trend of secondary vocational class teacher management in the context of educational informatization.This study is helpful to improve the management level of secondary vocational class teachers and provide strong support for the development of educational informatization.
