基于人力资源管理工作的发展趋势与质量效率,企业人力资源管理工作将面临来自于新形势、新科技的客观需求.将信息化应用到企业人力资源管理中,是企业日后发展的必然.基于此,文章主要分析了信息化在企业人力资源管理中的应用,以供参考.
Abstract
Based on the development trend and quality efficiency of human resource management,enterprise human resource management will face the objective needs from the new situation and new technology.The informatization application in enterprise human resource management is inevitable for the future development of enterprises.Based on this condition,this paper mainly analyzes the application of informatization in enterprise human resource management,for reference.
