Abstract
This paper mainly investigates the practice and application of IT project scope management in agile processes.Through a series of experimental studies,this paper summarizes the practical experience and enlightenment of IT project scope management in agile process,and discusses the research direction of IT project scope management in future agile process.The purpose of this paper is to provide some guidance and help for better practice and application of IT project scope management in agile processes.
