摘要
文章就海洋工程项目进度控制技术中的方案编制、执行、跟踪、检查、调整等内容,结合WZ6-13油田开发工程项目实例,论述了进度控制的重要性.文中所阐述的海洋工程项目进度控制技术,可以供海洋石油开发工程建设项目借鉴,作为夯实海洋工程项目管理的基础.
Abstract
This paper discusses the importance of schedule control based on the scheme formulation,execution,tracking,inspection and adjustment of schedule control technology in ocean engineering project,in combination with an example of WZ6-13 oil field development engineering project.The schedule control technology of ocean engineering projects described in this paper can be used as reference for offshore oil development engineering construction projects and as the basis for consolidating the management of ocean engineering projects.
