Research on Informatization-driven Knowledge Sharing Safeguard Measures
This paper explores the role of informatization in enhancing knowledge sharing and promoting organizational innovation.Through an in-depth analysis of the current status of knowledge sharing in Jiangsu economic research system,this paper reveals the importance of informatization in improving the efficiency,scope and quality of knowledge sharing,and points out the challenges and limitations in the existing knowledge sharing model.This paper discusses the impact of informatization on the long-term development of enterprises,and provides theoretical guidance and practical strategies for how to optimize the knowledge sharing mechanism in Jiangsu economic research system by using informatization,aiming to maintain its competitiveness in the knowledge-intensive economy and achieve sustainable development.
