随着制造业市场竞争的加剧和技术的快速发展,传统制造业面临着数字化转型的压力和挑战.数字化工厂下的车间布局与生产线仿真是一种实现制造业数字化转型的重要手段.本次仿真分析,以物流因子为基础,设计车间布局优化方案,并利用Demo3D仿真软件进行方案仿真测试与优化,利用Delmia/Quest软件对生产线进行仿真测试,设计增加拌砂机以及降低生产节拍的优化方案,解决拌砂机生产瓶颈及工序问题.实践证明,车间布局优化方案以及生产线优化方案都能够较好地解决该生产车间生产效率低下的问题.
With the intensification of competition in the manufacturing market and the rapid development of technology,the traditional manufacturing industry is facing the pressure and challenges of digital transformation.Workshop layout and production line simulation in digital factory is an important means to realize the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry.In this simulation analysis,based on the logistics factor,the workshop layout optimization scheme is designed,and the Demo3D simulation software is used to simulate,test and optimize the scheme,and the Delmia/Quest software is used to simulate and test the production line.The optimization scheme of increasing the sand mixer and reducing the production cycle is designed to solve the production bottleneck and process problems of the sand mixer.Practice has proved that the workshop layout optimization scheme and the production line optimization scheme can better solve the problem of low production efficiency in the production workshop.
