摘要

盾构机普遍应用于隧道工程之中,能够代替人工进行隧道挖掘工作,有效提升施工的机械化水平以及施工效率,也可以为隧道施工提供安全保障,盾构机是隧道工程主要施工设备,具有购置成本高、生命周期长等特点,因此必须重点加强设备管理维护,才能确保盾构机长期具备良好工作性能和健康运行状态,并在此基础上延长盾构机使用寿命,基于此本文围绕盾构施工设备全生命周期管理这一论题展开一系列分析,希望对相关企业有所助益.

Abstract

The shield machine is widely used in tunnel engineering,it can replace personnel to perform tunnel excavation and effectively improve the mechanization level of construction and the construction efficiency,and can also provide safety guarantee for tunnel construction.The shield machine is the main construction equipment of tunnel engineering,and has the characteristics of high acquisition cost and long life cycle,so it is necessary to strengthen equipment management and maintenance,so as to ensure that the shield machine has good working performance and healthy operation status for a long time,and accordingly prolong the service life of the shield machine.This paper mainly analyzes the whole life cycle management of shield construction equipment,hoping to help relevant enterprises.
