智能变电站以DL/T860(IEC61850)为核心,利用光纤传输技术,有效克服了传统变电站的不足,具有信息收集就地、信息共享网络化、信息交互一体化、信息应用智能化等先进应用特点.本文对500kV智能变电站的二次系统结构、特征进行了详细的描述,并有针对性地提出了交流电流、电压数据采样、过程层GOOSE组网模式等的设计方案.
Analysis of 500kV Intelligent Substation Relay Protection Configuration Design Scheme
The intelligent substation takes DL/T860(IEC61850)as the core,and uses optical fiber transmission technology to effectively overcome the shortcomings of traditional substations,and has advanced application characteristics such as local information collection,information sharing networking,information interaction integration,and information application intelligence.In this paper,the structure and characteristics of the secondary system of the 500kV intelligent substation are described in detail,and the targeted design scheme of AC current,voltage data sampling,and GOOSE networking mode at the process layer is proposed.
