摘要
医院的卫生统计工作可以给医院提供全面的信息和数据,有助于医院结合所辖区域、自身状况开展决策和优化管理.本文总结了医院卫生统计数据的特点,结合新时期对医院管理的要求,探讨医院卫生统计工作的作用,分析当下在卫生统计中暴露出的问题,最后总结卫生统计工作的影响因素,并结合问题提出卫生统计工作的改进方案.帮助医院优化自身的卫生统计工作,有效优化医院的管理和推动医院的稳定发展.
Abstract
The health statistics of hospitals can provide comprehensive information and data to hospitals,which is helpful for hospitals to carry out decision-making and optimize management according to the located areas and their own conditions.This paper summarizes the characteristics of hospital health statistics,combines with the requirements of hospital management in the new era,discusses the role of hospital health statistics,analyzes the problems in current health statistics,and finally summarizes the influencing factors of health statistics,and puts forward an improvement plan for health statistics in combination with the problems,so as to help hospitals optimize their own health statistics,effectively optimize hospital management and promote the stable development of hospitals.
