摘要
本文以高校实验室数据填报效率低的现状为出发点,通过分析单机软件的操作流程、使用方法及注意事项,旨在解决实验室统计数据填报效率低的难题.首先,分析Xmrygl单机检测软件输入单条数据与批量导入数据的效率;其次,分析VFP单机软件处理单一数据与批量数据的效率;最后,对比Xmrygl与VFP单机检测软件输入单条数据、批量导入数据的效率,找出更易操作、处理数据高效的单机软件.对比分析发现VFP单机检测软件在处理数据方面更高效、操作简单、耗时较短.结果表明数据填报选用的检测软件及导入方式是影响填报效率的主要原因.
Abstract
Based on the current situation of low efficiency of reporting laboratory data in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the operation process,usage methods and precautions of stand-alone software,aiming at solving the problem of low efficiency of reporting laboratory statistical data.Firstly,the efficiency of single data input and batch data import by Xmrygl stand-alone detection software is analyzed.Secondly,the efficiency of VFP stand-alone software in processing single data and batch data is analyzed.Finally,the efficiency of single data input and batch data import between Xmrygl and VFP is compared to find out a stand-alone software that is easier to operate and more efficient in data processing.Through comparative analysis,it is found that VFP stand-alone detection software has higher efficiency,simpler operation and less time in data processing.The results demonstrate that,the detection software and import method used in data importing are the main reasons that affect the reporting efficiency.
