Abstract
This paper aims to discuss how to cultivate the financial big data analysis and processing abilities of financial management talents.Through the effective measures such as the training and education of compound talents,the establishment and improvement of data privacy and security management system,the establishment of cross-departmental data sharing mechanism and communication channel,the elimination of isolated data island,and with the support of external professional institutions,a certain development path is provided for financial management talents in the level of financial big data analysis and processing.
