Cost Management in Construction Stage of Construction Projects Based on BIM Technology
With the continuous development and application of information technology,BIM technology is gradually introduced into the construction industry to realize the digital management of construction projects.The cost management is a very important link in the construction stage of construction projects.Through BIM technology,information such as building models,cost data,and construction plans can be integrated to achieve comprehensive control and supervision of the construction process,improve construction efficiency,reduce costs,and ensure construction quality and safety.This paper will discuss the methods and advantages of cost management in the construction stage of construction projects based on BIM technology.
