Research on Effect Evaluation of Dust Removal System in Finishing Mill Group
Objective:To optimize the dust removal system effect of the finishing mill group and provide dust removal devices for irol and steel production.Methods:The combination of theoretical analysis and practical research is used to explore the technical requirements of a dust removal system for a finishing mill group.The application effect of the system is confirmed through experiments and evaluated.Finally,the improvement path of the system is studied.Results:The dust removal system of the finishing mill group is applicable for practice,but there is a problem of insufficient automation that needs to be improved.Conclusion:The modern dust removal system requires the improvement in the automation,which can optimize the overall structure,improve various control functions,and design and analyze PLC modules,so as to improve efficiency and ensure safe production.
