Analysis on Excessive Calibration Fluctuations of Marposs Measuring Equipment for Crankshaft Line
The crankshaft is an important part of the engine and the power source of the engine,and the engine crankshaft needs to be measured by using the finished product to ensure that its size,shape and surface quality meet the manufacturing standards and requirements,which is of great significance for reducing failures and improving the reliability and safety of the engine.However,in the final testing of finished products by using Marposs equipment,the problems of excessive calibration fluctuations frequently occur.In order to overcome the calibration fluctuation of Marposs equipment,this paper introduces the measuring equipment structure and measurement principle,and improves the cleanliness of incoming materials and the calibration stability of the equipment by adjusting the spring force of the equipment and optimizing the measurement parameters.
