大数据背景下的几类传染病动力学模型探讨

摘要
传染病威胁着人们的生命健康,阻碍了国家的经济文化建设,通过构建合理、有效的传染病动力学模型,并对其进行定性、定量分析,进而推进传染病的预防和控制工作一直是紧迫且重要的.当前大数据技术快速发展,传染病动力学模型的研究面临着新的挑战和机遇.本文通过对国内外基于大数据的传染病动力学模型研究进行梳理,归类探讨了大数据背景下的几类传染病动力学模型,以期对传染病动力学的研究提供参考.
Abstract
Infectious diseases threaten people's lives and health,and hinder the national economic and cultural construction.It has been urgent and important to promote the prevention and control of infectious diseases by constructing a reasonable and effective dynamic model of infectious diseases,and analyzing them qualitatively and quantitatively.At present,with the rapid development of big data technology,the research on infectious disease dynamic models is facing new challenges and opportunities.This paper summarizes the research on the dynamic models of infectious diseases based on big data at home and abroad,and classifies and discusses several types of infectious disease dynamic models in the context of big data,so as to provide reference for the study of infectious disease dynamics.
