摘要

本研究聚焦于水文测流信息化对水资源的评估与规划.随着水资源管理日益依赖高精度的数据和高效的分析工具,测流信息化在水资源评估与规划中扮演着关键角色.本研究通过4个方面深入探讨了水文测流信息化在水资源管理中的应用:数据收集与处理、水资源量评估、水资源利用规划,以及风险管理与预测.研究旨在提出一套科学合理的水资源评估与规划方法,以促进水资源的可持续利用和管理.

Abstract

This study focuses on the assessment and planning of water resources based on hydrological current survey informatization.As water resources management increasingly relies on high-precision data and efficient analysis tools,current survey informatization plays a key role in water resources assessment and planning.This study deeply discusses the application of hydrological current survey informatization in water resources management through four aspects:data collection and processing,water resource quantity assessment,water resource utilization planning,and risk management and forecasting.This study aims to propose a set of scientific and rational water resources assessment and planning methods to promote the sustainable use and management of water resources.
