Surveying and mapping technology plays an important role in the field of geology and minerals,and provides support for geological exploration,resource estimation and mineral development through high-precision spatial data acquisition and processing.At the same time,through the construction of digital three-dimensional map models,more topography,landform and various characteristic data in the field of geology and minerals can be obtained.Based on this condition,this paper mainly analyzes and studies the application of modern surveying and mapping technology in the field of geology and minerals.Through the overview of modern surveying and mapping technology and the analysis of its importance in the field of geology and minerals,this paper summarizes the exploration and mining applications in geology and minerals,so as to provide reference for relevant personnel.
