Application of Roughing Roll Table Inverter Group in Upgrade and Retrofit to Siemens S120
This paper mainly introduces the technical advantages,specific retrofit schemes,common DC bus capacitance calculation rules and practical application effects of rough rolling intermediate roll table of Liuzhou Steel Group 2032 hot rolling production line by using Siemens 6SE70 series inverter group for upgrade and retrofit to newer-regeneration Siemens SINAMICS S120 series inverter group.S120 series inverter is stable and reliable.After the retrofit is completed,the versatility and easy availability of spare parts,as well as the reproducibility of subsequent similar upgrading and retrofit projects are improved,which achieve low-cost investment.
