Research on Energy Efficiency Improvement of A Compressor Variable Frequency Drive
This paper takes domestic refrigerator frequency converter QH05A of Qingdao Wanbao Compressor Co.,Ltd.as a carrier,analyzes the working principles and power losses of the main heating power components in frequency converters,such as common mode inductor,thermistor,and IGBT,and realizes the optimization of common mode inductor and thermistor,and the replacement of IGBT and MOSFET through cooperation with component manufacturers,thus achieving the efficiency improvement of the overall inverter scheme.The efficiency of the frequency converter is increased by 1.16%on the basis of the original scheme,which further enhances the competitiveness of products.
