Research on Progress Management Method of Scientific Research Projects——Information Construction Based on Lean Operation Platform
In recent years,the scientific research and innovation tasks undertaken by military industry enterprises have become increasingly heavy,and the current situation of high difficulty,high investment and tight delivery time of scientific research projects has posed great challenges to the capacity building of scientific research project progress management.This paper analyzes the existing problems in the progress management of scientific research projects,and how to establish the ideas and framework of an integrated enterprise operation platform using information management methods,which is of practical significance for improving the ability of scientific research project progress management in military industry enterprises.
