With the rapid development of modern information technology,the number of computer information system integration projects is increasing,and project management has become more complex.Project management is a systematic and scientific management method,and its application to computer information system integration projects is necessary and urgent.This paper mainly analyzes the problems in the application of project management in information system integration,and then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the application of project management in information system integration,so as to improve the level of integration project management and promote the full play of the integration system efficiency.
