摘要

目前,船舶制造企业的智能化程度较低,导致管网操作巡检费时费力、能耗统计分析不完善以及泄漏安全控制滞后等问题出现.本文基于数据拟合建立泄漏计算和机理模型,通过算法程序处理数据,计算评估泄漏情况.文章可以为船厂节能降耗提供数据和理论支持,推进我国船厂动力气体管网的智能化发展.

Abstract

At present,the intelligence degree of shipbuilding enterprises is low,which leads to the problems of time-consuming and laborious operation and inspection of pipe network,imperfect statistical analysis of energy consumption,and lagging leakage safety control.In this paper,the leakage calculation and mechanism models are established based on data fitting,and the data is processed through the algorithm program to calculate and evaluate the leakage.This paper can provide data and theoretical support for shipyard energy saving and consumption reduction,and promote the intelligent development of shipyard dynamic gas pipe network in China.
