摘要
为了研究烧成温度对反应烧结碳化硅蜂窝陶瓷性能的调控作用,本文对不同烧成温度下反应烧结碳化硅蜂窝陶瓷的高温稳定性、力学性能、低密度和轻质化、热传导性进行了深入分析,确定烧成温度对反应烧结碳化硅蜂窝陶瓷的孔隙结构、密实度、相组成与相转变、力学性能等方面有很好的控制作用,进而提出相应的调控方法.本文深入研究烧成温度对反应烧结碳化硅蜂窝陶瓷性能的调控作用,对优化其制备工艺和提高产品性能具有参考价值.
Abstract
In order to study the regulatory effect of sintering temperature on the properties of reaction sintered silicon carbide honeycomb ceramics,this paper analyzes the high temperature stability,mechanical properties,low density,lightweight,and thermal conductivity of reaction sintered silicon carbide honeycomb ceramics at different sintering temperatures,and determines that the sintering temperature has a good control effect on the pore structure,compactness,phase composition and transition,and mechanical properties of reaction sintered silicon carbide honeycomb ceramics,and then proposes corresponding control methods.This paper investigates the regulatory effect of sintering temperature on the properties of reaction sintered silicon carbide honeycomb ceramics,and has reference value for optimizing the preparation process and improving the product performance.
